Located in the outskirts of Argostoli at Razata, it offers a private, modern and comfortable environment for your holidays.
The house consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.
All rooms are surrounded by a terrace, garden and ample parking. Starting from the outside, we have a beautifully landscaped outdoor area that combines a garden and patio. Sun loungers on the lawn and a table for six give you options for relaxing or enjoying a meal under the sun.
Inside the apartment, the living room will provide you with a comfortable choice to relax with two sofas and a TV.
The adjoining kitchen and dining area provide ample space to prepare and share any meal for up to six people.
The kitchen is of course fully equipped to meet all your dining needs. With full equipment (oven and oven, extra fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker), many stocks and all the necessary utensils, utensils and cooking utensils you may need. There is also a dining area for four to six people.
The master bedroom is fitted with a queen size bed, while the other has two single beds. Both bedrooms have a large space, and the storage options in the wardrobes are of course all air conditioned.
The bathroom comes with a bathtub and also includes a washing machine.
Our area is central to the whole island.
There is no specific beach within easy reach as we are on the mountain side of the Kutavos Lagoon. However, there are many amazing beaches within a few minutes drive in all directions. All the famous beaches around Argostoli, such as Costa Costa, Makris & Platis Gialos, Fanari, Gradakia, Paleostafida and all the rest of Lassi are about 10 minutes away.
Add 5-10 'more to this by car and you can visit Ammes, Great Sand, Abyss, St. Thomas, Trapezaki, Lourdes and many more.
Check in time are flexible and are from 15:00 - 22:00 while check out times are from 10:00 - 11:00.
